Edgeio.com - total lack of support and contact

In our previous posting Job boards - another way to monetize your website we have mentioned Edgeio platform for classifieds. Well, we have encountered some problem with Edgeio. For whatever reason we could not edit our classified boards for about a month. A friendly message “You are not authorized to make this operation” was popping up at any attempt to edit listing rates. The Edgeio website has no contact page, no support form. Their idea of Help is some very technical and confusing wiki. Sorry guys, I have no patience for that. Visit some seminar on usability issues and customer support.

Finally I found some administration emails on wiki, but they are also hidden behind some script. From whom you are hiding? From customers? From spammers? You don’t need rocket scientist to make contact form without exposing your email to spammers.
